Gouka or Wonderful seafood ramen Ingredients Ramen noodles 40 oz chicken stock 2 oz each sugar snap peas and baby sweetcorn 10 small squid, prepared 4 Peeled and deveined tiger prawns 2 crabsticks Any other seafood (ie. cooked octopi, mussels, etc.) 2 x ¼ slices Japanese fish cakes 12 pieces canned bamboo shoots, drained 1 oz wakame sea weed, soaked in warm water for 5 minutes 4 sliced green onions. touch of chile paste Boil the noodles for two to three minutes, drain under cold running water. Boil the stock in a large pan. Add the peas and baby corn and cook for 3 minutes until just tender. Add the squid and cook for one minute, then add the prawns other seafood and chili paste and remove from heat. Divide the noodles between 2 bowls and pour over the stock, vegetables and fish. Top with the crabsticks, fishcakes, bamboo shoots, wakame and green onions.
