Gouka or Wonderful seafood ramen

Ingredients
|
|
|
|
Ramen noodles
|
|
40 oz chicken stock
|
|
2 oz each sugar snap peas and baby sweetcorn
|
|
10 small squid, prepared
|
|
4 Peeled and deveined tiger prawns
|
|
2 crabsticks
|
|
Any other seafood (ie. cooked octopi, mussels, etc.)
|
|
2 x ¼ slices Japanese fish cakes
|
|
12 pieces canned bamboo shoots, drained
|
|
1 oz wakame sea weed, soaked in warm water for 5 minutes
|
|
4 sliced green onions.
|
|
touch of chile paste

|
|
|
Boil the noodles for two to three minutes, drain under cold running water.
|
|
|
|
Boil the stock in a large pan. Add the peas and baby corn and cook for 3 minutes until just tender. Add the squid and cook for one minute, then add the prawns other seafood and chili paste and remove from heat.

|
Divide the noodles between 2 bowls and pour over the stock, vegetables and fish. Top with the crabsticks, fishcakes, bamboo shoots, wakame and green onions. |
